Our client, a frozen yogurt company, is looking for a Sr Marketing Manager who will report to the VP of Marketing and join the team for a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and roll out new and updated marketing programs that create significant revenue.
  • Gather best practices from established franchise system, develop programs, test launch and manage program.
  • Support and train franchisees on programs developed.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing team to drive department’s goals.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years in marketing preferably in-house with a CPG company.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Self-driven with strong results-orientation.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Proven experience with marketing program development, training & support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing programs that drive results and about training and supporting a large group of operators such as franchises is highly desired.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, as well as being able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Candidates who are passionate about marketing, design and branding, optimistic and compassionate will be most successful in this role.
