Our client, a notable fashion/lifestyle brand, is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to join their team for a direct-hire opportunity.

Sr. Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain go to market calendar
  • Strategically consider, research and execute briefs for campaign launches
  • Work with creative to develop the idea, brainstorm and push concepts along
  • Leads brainstorms with cross-functional team to develop ideas on how to bring product to market and encourages group participation/ ideation
  • Elevate ideas to create landmark moments of these campaigns
  • Ideate and execute content in collaboration with marketing and creative counterpart
  • Work closely with planning and BI team to ensure we have clear KPIs that we can track success
  • Develop and maintain go to market calendar
  • Run weekly Go-To-Market meetings with the team to ensure alignment, holding team members accountable to strategy, deadlines and execution of work (with support from a Marketing Coordinator/Project Manager)
  • Coordination with leadership team to identify stories for the year, brand and product
  • Execute briefs for product launches
  • Establishes creative reviews for cross-functional departments to share concepts, execution and final work product
  • Establishes and manages budget
  • Ensures delivery of assets to various functions upon deadlines
  • Ensure projects are kicked off in Asana and with creative, conduct regular touch-base meetings with creative/ producer to ensure understanding and execution of deliverables
  • Partner with wholesale marketing and wholesale leadership to bring the brand and product to life at retail
  • Partner with owned retail to bring products and the brand to life in our retail stores (includes planning activations, events and in-store brand moments to create inspiring and emotional connections)
  • Assist with other corporate initiatives and key company priorities as they align with company's objectives
  • Manage one direct report and indirect functional leads

Senior Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, footwear or lifestyle brand a plus
  • Experience developing and executing upon a Go-to-Market Calendar
  • Management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other Related Field
  • Campaign development and creative partnerships highly valued
  • Asana or similar project management software experience a plus
  • Highly organized, highly effective, highly connected to brand and people
