Our client, a youtube content company, is seeking an Sr Project Manager to join their team.

You will report to the COO and be responsible to:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, internal resources and external vendors to manage a variety of product development, production and fulfillment
  • Develop, define, refine, and maintain project plans in close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
  • Serve as Merchandise & Collectibles Toy Cars project lead and work closely with finance, vendor partners and internal Merchandise creative leads to define ongoing project strategy, goals, deliverables, timeline and budget for various product launches
  • Serve as project lead on Kickstarter Collectibles campaign fulfillment activities partnering with our vendor partners in managing pledge communication, surveys, and fulfillment timelines
  • Work with leadership in assessment and transition of Kickstarter campaigns to business unit
  • Track and report on progress of projects. Prepare and maintain project plans as the project progresses. Set realistic project timelines and manage projects to meet deadlines
  • Work with brand collaborations across shared product launches
  • Schedule and lead project meetings, clearly communicating agenda and next steps to all participants
  • Coordinate with fulfillment partner to ensure feasibility and set communicate timelines
  • Manage e-commerce site development and launch with continuing oversight with site management partner
  • Coordinate supporting marketing activities and asset delivery to responsible parties across applicable media

Musts:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
  • 10 years project management experience in merchandise, apparel and/or various CPG
  • Experience managing external fulfillment and shipping partners
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Experience communicating with Sr. Executive leadership
  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor across teams
  • Must have the ability to work independently and be a self-starter
  • Must have the ability to pay close attention to details
  • Must have the ability to work well under time constraints
  • Must have the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple project elements simultaneously.

Pluses:

  • Experience in automotive
  • Experience with Kickstarter and/or IndieGogo crowd funding platforms is a plus
