A pharmaceutical organization is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join their team for a long-term contract!
Sr. Project Manager Responsibilities:
Partner with the Oncology Nurse Educator leadership team to develop, execute, and manage assigned projects and programs in a compliant manner and within budget.
Collaborate with internal and external contacts to deliver on project plans, meetings and events associated with Oncology Nurse Educator
Coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and team training
Manage, coordinate, and maintain all aspect of the Oncology annual plan execution.
Manage and coordinate project and program budgets for key projects and initiatives, holding teams accountable for budget usage and tracking and submitting and tracking purchase orders as needed.
Acquire, maintain, and track data on various projects, including metrics and timely reporting of team activities
Contribute to and drive the execution of ongoing and ad hoc projects for Oncology Nurse Educator such as optimization of Sharepoint
Support the ongoing operations of the Oncology Nurse Educator
Sr. Project Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or equivalent years of experience.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of overall project management experience
Experience with pharmaceutical/oncology products preferred.
Knowledge of event planning and functions a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or PPM Tool experience a plus
Expert in Microsoft Suite
Smartsheet certification preferred.
Excellent organizational, project management, problem-solving, and team coordination skills, with a track record of successful experiences in organizational roles
Ability to build, maintain, and influence effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including management of all levels
Ability to provide financial management for projects and operations with minimal supervision
Compassion, empathy, and a high degree of integrity and accountability
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
