Sr SCRUM Digital Delivery Manager

Onward SEARCH needs a Sr SCRUM Digital Delivery Manager for our client, a Medical company that offers expert clinical service solutions that maximize heart & lung transplant volume and clinical outcomes.

You’ll join the growing Digital Delivery team to coordinate delivery of multiple digital product & crucial software initiatives.

As a Sr SCRUM Digital Delivery Manager you’ll: 

• Expertly manage all aspects of multiple concurrent projects, including initiating, planning, executing, testing, delivering and optimizing

• Simultaneously manage multiple high-visibility, business-critical projects and tasks while effectively influencing, task managing, and communicating with internal and external business stakeholders, project team members, contractors and vendors

• Lead the development, stewardship and improvement of agile metrics & tooling to enable highly-functioning and performant teams; e.g. estimation & pointing, tracking risks, burndowns, capacity/velocity, value stewardship, etc. with associated dashboarding

Skills & Experience needed:  

• 8+ years of professional experience in a digital or technical product or program management role, scrum master or release train engineer

• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building new processes, refining existing and coordinating release schedules

• Experience establishing an effective team environment, building strong working relationships, negotiating, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrixed environment, and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization
• A mindset for continuous process improvement, driven by a focus on delivering value through efficiency 
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems (or related field) or equivalent professional work experience
• Solid understanding of agile methodology, scrum, SAFe, and agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
