Our Client is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to join them onsite in Pittsburgh PA for a full time perm engagement.

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our Corporate Technology portfolio. In this role, you will be partnering with Corporate Communication & Human Resources to make our company a great place to work. The Senior UX Designer is an expert in applying human-centered design practices to inform highly complex design and experience strategies within a product domain(s).

As a Senior UX Designer you will leverage data to support evidence gathering and measuring success. At this point in your career, you are able to demonstrate the value of both quantitative and qualitative metrics within your product domain(s) when delivering outcomes that have measurable business value and user value.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will influence design-thinking practices, while also growing your skills in product management and software engineering. In addition, you will focus on continuously strengthening relationships and communication practices with stakeholders, cross-portfolio teams, leadership, and other key personnel who may directly or indirectly impact the success of your product(s).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Familiarity with modern industry standard design tools and modern UX research tools
  • Must have a digital portfolio that demonstrates user-centered research and design practices
  • Customer-service oriented with ability to drive projects & manage project teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • 4+ years of experience with UX/UI, corporate systems design experience preferred
  • Expert in applying human-centered design practices to inform highly complex design and experience strategies within a product domain(s)
  • Must have a digital portfolio that demonstrates user-centered research and design practices
  • Exp w/ modern industry standard design tools and UX research tools
  • Portfolio of your work must be included to be considered
