Onward Search is hiring for our client, a large culture driven company in Miami a Senior Account Executive of Brand Marketing.

In this role, you will work on projects together with our internal and external agency partners. This team member launches and manages campaign work, collaborates with departmental peers and ensures all brand needs are met. You should have a passion for marketing and an understanding of brand building and advertising.

This job requires that you be extremely organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills:

  • Leads processes to create best-in-class Advertising.
  • Development, planning, execution and evaluation of marketing programs
  • Building solid execution plans and executing on new regional market
  • Includes coordination of creative executions in print, multi-city OOH, radio, broadcast, local activations, experiential marketing and new media utilizing our outside and in-house agency.
  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Should be a team player with the ability to work independently
  • Collaborates across business units with other key stakeholders to merge with overall marketing communication plans across the brand.
  • implement integrated marketing plans to extend core communication strategies across all channels
  • Liaising with our internal and external agency partners on a daily basis ensuring expectations are met continuously. Executes the ongoing day-­to-­day requirements of the brand, managing the development and execution of creative assets. Managing day-to-day communications with the agency team on key projects to ensure the strategy and assignment are being delivered through the creative development.
  • Coordinate to ensure efficient progress of project workflow and reviews. Create action plans and project documentation as needed.
  • Developing solutions with agency, production and internal partners
  • Ensure branding tools are up to date and available for inter-company departments and trade partners to access
  • Actively participate in meetings generating creative, goal aligned solutions and consolidated feedback
  • Implement and adapt to changes quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Develop clear, concise well-written briefs that communicate the business objectives, consumer insights, and industry challenges that drive the needs.
  • Partner with internal production team and agency to lead photo, video and drone productions.
  • Establishing scope, budget and production plan both pre and post.
  • Manage shoots from beginning to end with the production team

  • Partnering with the strategy and insights team to better understand consumer and technology trends.
  • Partner with internal legal team to review creative to identify terms and conditions required for advertising pieces. Review and understand deal points in contracts when required, I.e., music, talent, and influencers, etc.
  • Maintaining a rigorous calendar of all account deliverables and milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly status meetings with the manager and director.
  • Responsible in assisting the manager with all brand-related budgets and owning our month end financial process. Includes managing and organizing estimates, invoices and reconciliation tracker – internally and with the agency.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in a marketing and/or advertising agency.
  • 3+ years of experience in creative concept development & execution, strategy, and branding.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills attitude, professional demeanor.
  • A strong understanding of marketing practices. Understanding of integrated marketing, knowledgeable in 360-degree campaigns
  • Well organized, dependable, and excellent listening skills. Work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines. Must be able to work under pressure
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate and articulate project needs clearly
