Onward Search's client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to join the digital team. You will be organizing content rights management, video content editorialization and evaluating & recommending strategies for content utilization, acquisition, and partnerships.

You will report to the Sr Director, Digital Marketing & CRM Operations and be responsible for the following skills:

Skills:

  • Track and maintain company-wide content rights.
  • Support creation of strategies and recommendations to enable content to be packaged into propositions.
  • Researching ad hoc projects.
  • Creating strategy presentations for senior management.
  • Working with distribution team to understand and mitigate the impact on existing MVPD deals.
  • Engage stakeholders across the business, including networks, distribution, studio, advertising, to communicate content utilization plans.
  • Develop and implement an approach to content editorialization working across internal teams, considering A/B testing and working with operations to action on plans.
  • Executive communication including preparing weekly reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the television or film industry a plus.
  • Fluent in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Requires assertiveness and the ability to work independently, excellent organizational and operational skills, and ability to coordinate multiple demands simultaneously under deadline conditions.
  • Outstanding verbal, written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as great interpersonal skills, are required.
