As a Production Coordinator, you will report to the Team Captain for the Extended Dev Workforce Team, part of Game Operations. You will support a team of Producers with your facilitation, planning, and soft skills to lead and improve how our team accomplishes its mission. You will manage the facilitation of our customized programs, rituals, and documents as we work with game teams in building maturity in external resourcing. Success is measured by the effectiveness and satisfaction of our partners, customers, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and workflows while raising risks, managing trade-offs, and eliminating blockers
- Assess the team's current situation and adapt planning tools, methodologies, and communication channels to ensure successful, sustainable delivery
- Guide teamwork, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups
- Support transparent and predictable operations with roadmaps, anticipative planning, and active risk management
- Maintain and share project information with partners
- Lead and improve team rituals, including pre and post-meeting comms and action items
- Design and organize meetings for discovery, collaboration, and socialization regarding cross-discipline needs
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a coordinator or executive assistant
- Experience working in gaming, software, or related fields
- Experience working with executive teams and partners
- Experience facilitating meetings to achieve productive outcomes
- Experience developing productive working relationships with team members, colleagues, and all customers
Desired Qualifications:
- Project management skills
- Experience working with collaborative and project management tools, especially AirTable, Miro, and Confluence
