Technical Architect

Our client is seeking a Technical Architect with Salesforce CRM experience to join them for a long term contract engagement.

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in multiple programming languages (.NET, PHP, Java or JavaScript)
• 3+ years in Salesforce, with experience architecting Salesforce solutions using an Agile/Scrum development methodology with hands-on experience in Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning
• Experience and knowledge of Lightning Design System with ESB technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica
• Proven experience with Salesforce development, administration, system integrations, and bug fixes
• Understanding of Salesforce standard objects - Leads, Account, Contacts, Opportunity, Products, Price book, Lead process, Sales process, and Forecasting is highly desirable
• Understanding of the dynamic between Salesforce development tools (Dataloader, Visualforce, lightning framework) and modern front-end tools and frameworks like JQuery, React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and associated modules – including Email Studio, Audience Studio, Social Studio and others. Any experience with the new Salesforce CMS is extremely desirable
• Experience with LWC (Lightening Web Components), Flow, Process Builder, Workflow and Platform Events Experience defining the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states to deliver an effective CRM solution
• Prior experience working in pharma and/or highly regulated industries is a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated through presentation development and delivery experience
• Proven problem-solving skills as demonstrated by examples of creative and forward-thinking solutions to business issues
• Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Application Architect and/or Salesforce System Architect is a plus

Job Duties:

• Conduct workshops to define and scope technical requirements into solution architecture
• Perform code reviews and supervise work being performed by backend and frontend developers
• Establish coding standards for front end and backend teams
• Implement and refine processes to create an effective workflow from project inception to completion and into the maintenance phase
• Ensure the system/projects accurately meet defined expectations of stakeholders, including performance and testing with development teams
• Demonstrate ability and effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders- from technical staff to senior management
• Understand the client's business challenges and offer solutions using the Salesforce.com platform
• Plan and oversee the delivery CRM and workflow solutions utilizing SFDC Apex and Lightning components
