The XD Operations Coordinator leads aspects associated with this role, as well as collaborates solutions with research, directors, art directors, designers, architects and other XD specialists for various Comcast products and features, and is an integral member of the XD team’s creative process in delivering world-class customer experiences.


  • Support vendor/agency relationships as they relate to the legal/finance process (MSA, SOW, REQ, PO, and Invoicing). This may also require working directly with Finance, Product and vendor/agency to track payment status and invoicing issues.
  • Enter SOWs, track status regularly to ensure that documents route through the approval process without interruption.
  • Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for all on-site contract/FT staff. Specifically, complete IDM and badge requests for new contractors and employees; order new computer/software/phone (as needed) or utilize stock, and log/track ticket with IT to have equipment provisioned for contractor/hire once network account is set up.
  • Assist with preparation of XD presentations and roadshows (for Finance/Product/Executive teams), representing the user experience organization with knowledge of why UX choices are being made.
  • Take lead on approved internal purchasing for technology, special hardware/software requests, training, printer supply or other related materials as assigned.


  • Knowledge and practice of finance/legal related processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience managing external partner relationships and resources.
  • Strong follow-through skills with the ability to hold others accountable for any dependencies.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficient with diverse writing, presentation, and project management software.
  • Understanding of accounts payable and purchasing processes.
  • Systems Experience (a plus): Oracle Business Suite, CIFA, iProcurement, VIP Gateway (GXS).
