Onward Search's client, a well-known financial institution is seeking a talented Technical Writer for a long-term contract opportunity in Seattle, WA. 


  • Follows direction from Senior Tech Editor or senior member of the creative team.
  • Juggles multiple projects works with various members of the creative team.
  • Quickly and accurately reviews documents for business/strategic intent, grammatical, typographical and formatting inconsistencies, discrepancies and errors.
  • Delivers 100% accuracy.


  • 3-5 years Technical Editing experience with some subject matter expertise. AP editing style preferred. Pass Editing Test/Assessment.
  • Portfolio: Junior capabilities including substantial efforts like proposals, catalogs, high visibility ad, collateral, technical documentation, templates, annual reports.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, multiple-deadline-driven environment that encourages 360 feedback and fast turnaround. Financial Services experience a plus.  
  • Agency or advertising experience preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: working knowledge of MS Office Suite of programs, Acrobat.
