OnwardSearchneeds a Freelance Trade Show Event Coordinator for a global equity indices company.
This is a 6-month freelance opportunity with a targeted start date of June 12th, 2023.
Hybrid role – candidates in the Detroit, MI area; must be onsite 1-2 days/week.

Assist in the management of virtual and in-person Hosted Marketing Event and Trade Shows, e.g. work with Event Team to manage Talent/Guests, Venue Coordination, Catering Vendors when needed, Internal Creative Department for Event/Trade Show Signage, Banners, Advertising.
Coordinate with Marketing Team members and Internal Stakeholders to schedule and orchestrate event marketing campaigns.
Trade Shows primarily September - November.
Skills & Experience Needed:
2 - 3 years experience in B2B Event Marketing Management in an enterprise environment (large corporations).
Able to handle Events on a small to large scale (30 - 200 people).
Experience with C-vent Registration Management Software, Eloqua for Emails.
Potential business travel to NY, NV, & DC. Client will reimburse for business travel not for commuting to office.
Automotive industry knowledge is a bonus but not required
Extremely organized and excellent communication skills.
