Our bio/pharma client in San Diego is looking for a TRADESHOW SPECIALIST to take over the reigns while someone is out. This 4 month role consists of managing budgets, venues, vendors and project management of all of the above. You will create RFPs with potential venues and vendors for upcoming meetings and events. This role works in Cvent using templates for emails, surveys, budgets and more. Role also requires creating reports capturing attendee information and analytics to be used for determining future events with regard to vendors and venues.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Tradeshow Management.
  • Event Planning.
  • CVent experience a must. Will be creating templates, reports, emails, surveys, and more.
  • Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Project Management.
  • Meeting Planning Experience.
  • Experience working with Exhibit Force.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • BA/BS Required.
