Our client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join the Traffic team.

You will report to the Director of Traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Manipulating the daily log with minimal supervision to ensure spots are placed correctly 50% of the time
  • Maximizing inventory in live sports games and working with Sales to ensure spots are placed per advertiser specifications 20% of the time
  • Work displaced spots to ensure spots are booked in correct shows and control oversell situations 15% of the time
  • Create & maintain weekly paid program grid and daily program origination entry 5% of the time
  • Build formats, schedule onto program logs monthly and weekly revisions as issued by program department 5% of the time
  • Backup log reconciliation 5% of the time

Musts:

  • 1-3 years experience in traffic or project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong communicator presenting verbally and in written form
  • Ability to work in Wide Orbit Traffic System, Microsoft Office
  • Strong multi-tasker and attention to detail
