Our client, a premium streaming content provider, is seeking a freelance Traffic Coordinator to join their team.

You will report to the Sr Producer and work on the Creative Production team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting to team by coordinating all creative team production needs
  • Working with Project Producers, Marketing Campaign Managers and the Creative Team to ensure production assets are trafficked in a timely manner
  • Provide support to the department resource manager
  • Assist resource manager by coordinating paperwork for contractors & consultants, along with on-boarding & off-boarding them
  • Develop a master schedule for all asset deliveries and help Project Producers with timelines
  • Provide internal Jira support for the creative team
  • Update and upload metadata associated with on-channel videos in to a CMS
  • Effectively communicate with video leads and design leads on campaign asset status

Musts:

  • 1-2 years experience in data entry or a traffic-related field ideally with film and TV production/post-production workflows
  • A self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of production, as well as where the creative and technical Process intersect
  • Detailed, meticulous, and organized with the ability to multi-task and jump between projects easily.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Ability to give and receive critical feedback in a team environment.
  • Experience with Jira and/or other project management tools a major plus
  • You will be successful in this role if you love collaborating creatively in a production environment
