Onward Search is looking for a Freelance Traffic Manager to work part-time, on-site with an Agency client in Buckhead, ATL

Job Summary:

This position will begin on November 1 and will be an ongoing contract need with potential for conversion later. Expected hour of work are 10am - 2pm or 11am - 3pm Monday - Friday (20 hours/ weekly).

In this role the Traffic Manager is responsible for supervising the scheduling, monitoring and tracking of the internal workflow for all clients and are responsible for positive internal/external client satisfaction. The Traffic Manager works above the Leader, Senior Coordinator & Coordinator levels – working on projects and liaising with other departments on behalf of Traffic & the Director. In this role you will work with all employee levels in the agency to improve skills, team-up on special projects and learn new techniques necessary for trafficking.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake and workflow of design projects for a high volume, dynamic design team with multiple skillsets and diverse project requirements.

  • Conduct scope analysis and confirmation for all projects on projects that come in through the clients workflow tool, Workfront.

  • Ability to pull in appropriate Creative resources and work with assigned Creative resource to finalize scope.

  • Educate stakeholders on how much time is required to complete various types of jobs and all the steps necessary to process a job

  • Prioritize all requests and estimates dates and resource availability.

  • Negotiate timelines and resources when applicable with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with other team members to meet project requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant, equivalent experience

  • AGENCY/Design Studio experience is a MUST

  • Proven ability to provide the supporting resources which lead to successful design solutions.

  • Experience in maintaining and implementing brand guidelines.

  • Experience in project management and planning.

  • 5+ years experience as a Traffic Coordinator / Traffic Coordinator with a focus on digital / interactive campaigns

  • Must be computer literate with proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook/Express with the ability to learn new computer systems

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently

  • Strong attention to detail

  • A strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality

  • The ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with people at all levels of an organization

  • Hands-on experience in creating estimate proposals preferred

  • Proven ability to work well with individuals at all levels within an organization.

  • Account knowledge a plus
