Our national healthcare client is seeking a PRINT PROJECT MANAGER with print/traffic experience. This role is administrative support in nature but with a technical understanding and definitely print production experience. 7 months onsite with no plans to extend. This role will traffic work through the department, update asset libraries, help by formatting documentation and creating templates. Simultaneously the role includes admin duties such as arranging meetings and providing general support. Inventory management is a big part of this role as well.


  • Print traffic experience moving jobs through the department and keeping track of job progress
  • Inventory experience
  • Experience in healthcare a huge plus
  • Expert organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Experience working with outside vendors with regard to print production
  • Coordinating skills
  • Client facing experience (internal staff and outside vendors)


  • BA
  • 6+ yrs exp
  • Healthcare exp a huge plus
  • MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Problem solver
  • Vendor management (print/fulfillment)


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
