Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic traffic manager with a deep understanding of the creative process and the desire to help a team produce great work.

To be the right candidate you will have previous agency experience and experience dealing with resource management across creative, digital, print, as well as video. You will also be naturally confident, outgoing and enthusiastic and be able to solve those tricky workflow issues, all while remaining positive.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit team, with a direct role in managing the agency’s workflow and shaping, not just the brands we work with, but the agency’s future.

You will be:

Managing the workflow of the busy creative department as well as the daily diary of the Executive Creative Director. The role requires someone with strong communication and organisational skills, to act as a lynchpin between all departments, ensuring all work is delivered on time and working with the account handling team to ensure that it is within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and planning all work through the creative department
  • Liaising between account handling, creative and digital team
  • Holding weekly traffic meetings and managing the daily schedule
  • Creating a monthly freelance forecast and ensure best practices in planning resource
  • Resourcing freelance requirements as and when required, managing purchase orders, invoices and payment
  • Booking all creative meetings, WIPs, Presentations, including managing ECD diary
  • Overseeing jobs and making sure they are on track, on time and budget wise
  • Ensuring time-sheets are completed on time
  • Day to day office management and travel arrangements

Skills and experience necessary for this role:

  • 3-4 years + Agency experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Amazing people management skills
  • Exceptional fire-fighting skills
  • Thorough understanding around the creative process and thinking ahead before each required step
