Our client is looking for a passionate User Experience Researcher to join their dedicated team.

The ideal candidate loves observing research sessions, taking thorough notes, analyzing data and mapping findings to research goals. Excellent written communication is a must as this individual will be responsible for documenting research results.


  • Observe research sessions and fill the role of primary note-taker
  • Analyze research data collected through qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Identify and articulate potential usability issues both verbally and through documentation
  • Clearly communicate usability analysis, recommendations, and potential design solutions
  • Create training materials (written, video, etc.) to build foundational understanding of UX research methodologies


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, psychology, or in a discipline that involves communication and or research (communications, English, sociology, anthropology, economics, etc.) although degrees in other disciplines are welcome to apply
  • Strong expertise with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Excellent written, oral, and electronic communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively on large teams

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
