Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides digital asset and overall visual design direction for digital user experience work
  • Produces digital artifacts based on inputs from multi-disciplinary team
  • Provides visual concepting support to multi-disciplinary teams
  • Produces clean, creative digital visuals that are consistent with the brand strategy
  • Articulates User Experience (UX) concepts and solutions and advocates for customer-centric designs
  • Ensures visual design adheres to the project requirements, objectives, and timelines
  • Provides exceptional graphic design skills with attention to detail
  • Executes on digital experience design projects - from concept through to production
  • Strong user-centered design experience
  • Creates visual design concepts based on input from multi-disciplinary team
  • Creates high-level and detailed visual digital artifacts, such as high-level wireframes, interaction flows, detailed wireframes, screen specifications based on minimal direction
  • Creates visual assets to be used in prototype development and application development
  • Understands target users' needs, tasks, and goals and applies that understanding to the work
  • Develops user experience concepts and solutions through visualizations with moderate to minimal direction
  • Expert in Adobe CS 5+, Microsoft Office, Visio
  • Experience building interactive prototypes
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of hardware and software used in digital visual design production as dictated by department and business partner needs
  • Experience using rapid prototyping tools
  • Recent mobile web and/or app User Interface design experience
  • Experience using iterative work processes
