One of our global B2B clients is looking for a full time UX Designer.  Due to their office locations, you can be based in Atlanta or Boston, and it is a hybrid role with flexibility. 

This UX Designer position is best suited for a UX person that likes the B2B space in addition to being someone that likes the data and research behind the user experience process before launching.

UX Designer Responsibilities:

  • You will help with service design through user journey mapping, needs and sentiment analysis, methods or processes audits, etc., that help you understand and define end-to-end user experience
  • You will help and work with research and review analysis to create meaningful and actionable insights into users’ behaviors, needs, expectations and pain points
  • You will handle iterative design methods and processes that follow a Lean UX approach, testing hypotheses, concepts and prototypes with users
  • You will work collaboratively across teams, disciplines and regions to ensure that the company’s approach and problem-solving carry necessary diversity of thought
  • You will review user experience options through curiosity, constraints, processes, collaboration, engagement, concepts, practicality, testing, problem solving, complexity-to-simplicity, and desired outcomes
  • You will help champion the best outcomes and present your data driven decisions on delivered experiences
  • At times you will help mentor other UX Designers

UX Designer Requirements:

  • You must have a minimum of 3+ years of consistent UX Design experience
  • You should have experience beyond just the UX Design side, with at least 1 year where you were involved in some level of research
  • You will need at least 1 years of experience engaging with senior leadership, pitching ideas, showcasing UX work, and evidencing the contributions your research and design work have made to the team’s broader strategic initiatives
  • You must be proficient in today’s common UX tools
  • You should have a portfolio that has some larger scale work
