One of our clients with a global brand and eCommerce products is looking for a full time UX Designer with eCommerce experience! This is a great opportunity for someone that loves variety and working with multiple big brand projects throughout the year.

This fully remote role has a great salary and up to 10% annual bonus based on company performance. And the interview process will be quick, with one video interview and if that goes well, one final group interview on-site at the office.

UX Designer Responsibilities:

  • You will design journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, sketches, mock-ups, and UI that are frictionless and maximize conversions and sales channels
  • You will lead in ideation, opportunity assessment, and launches that enable customers to have an engaging and personalized digital experience
  • You will help foster a culture of change management, leading with the “Why” and constantly driving transparency as well as collaboration across stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
  • You will follow your work products to implementation by developing thorough user stories, functional requirements, workflow diagrams, etc
  • You will help with user research when needed in the form of surveys, tree tests, A/B tests, etc
  • You will proactively test things on your own and guide the right personnel to corrections / fixes
  • You will advocate within the organization for creating a consistent user experience, utilizing the standards set through the global design system to support design at scale
  • You will define relevant UX metrics and help measure their performance over time, analyzing customer pain points and proactively suggesting improvements to move the experience forward
  • You will stay current and share best practices in user-centered design and interaction design trends

UX Designer Qualifications:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience with UX Design, with at least 2+ years working on D2C eCommerce websites
  • Should be skilled in common UX tools such as Figma, Lucid, Sketch,, XD, Miro, FullStory, Google Analytics, etc
  • Must have a great, clean portfolio with eComm samples and with diverse design thinking work that demonstrates product thinking
  • Should understand UX Research basics to assist as needed
  • Should have experience in UX design for responsive websites and mobile
  • Should have an understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working
  • Must be able to communicate with strong storytelling skills to effectively convey compelling product ideas, able to engage and negotiate with people at all levels
