Onward Search is on the hunt for a UX Researcher to join our Entertainment client for a long-term contract opportunity.

You'll be part of a cutting edge and robust UX Research team and be responsible for the following:

  • Helping to lead human-centered design processes to create high quality user experiences across product, mobile, and TV
  • You will help to develop user experience test plans, collect data, moderate design testing sessions, facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver research reports based on the understanding of how to interpret data into design principles and standards
  • Communicate research results in effective and compelling manner that influences decisions

We are seeking UX Researchers who meet the following requirements:

  • 1-2 Years experience leading research efforts across the complete product development lifecycle of at least 1 successfully launched product
  • Must be able to demonstrate how you have applied research experience to influence decisions at various points in the product development lifecycle
  • Must be able to show strong analytical skills, including research design, study moderation, qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have strong analytical and personal leadership skills
  • Must be able to thrive under pressure and able to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Prefer candidates who have a BA/ BS in social sciences or related area
  • It's a plus if you have a degree in HCI, cognitive psychology, or related field
  • Advanced statistical analysis skills are a plus
