If you’re a usability researcher, we have multiple opportunities for you with one of our favorite clients, a national retailer winning major accolades currently for the work they are doing in customer engagement. You will design, build, administer and assess usability research studies across this organizations 8 brand websites and applications. This is role is viewed as a critical part of the UX team, and as such the ideal candidate needs to have a strong understanding of what UX is, and how to work as part of a User Experience team.


  • Experience designing, building and running usability research studies.
  • Insight into user behaviors and expectations as well as different methods of conducting studies.
  • Ability to interpret findings and recommend action items.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.


  • 1 - 3 years of experience conducting user research studies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of how to create wireframes so as to be able to externalize research findings.
  • Up-to-date resume.
  • Experience using analysis and analytics to uncover usability issues.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
