Our client, a creative studio, is seeking a UX Researcher to join the team.

You will report to the Creative Director and be responsible to:

  • Conduct weekly remote and/or in-person usability studies with developer users on UX flows
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders (design, product, engineering) to plan and execute weekly rolling usability studies
  • Collect and analyze findings and provide recommendations
  • Debrief with stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the participant recruiting team
  • Communicate and archive weekly results
  • Analyze and author report on quarterly UX metrics
  • Writing scripts and conducting user testing, looking to build your experience in executing applied research to improve products that impact millions of users worldwide.
  • Plan and conduct weekly remote and/or in-person usability studies, primarily with developer users looking at UX flows
  • Collect and analyze findings, provide recommendations, and debrief with stakeholders


  • 2-3 years of experience working as a UX researcher
  • Top skills: SEO experience, Research and strategy experience, Audit performance, Planning and best practices, Stakeholder interviews, Client workshop hosting
  • Understanding of user research methodologies, especially evaluative research, and ‘lab-based’ studies
  • Good working knowledge of the principles of experiment design
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Some experience conducting research studies and light knowledge of survey design
  • Good time management and timeliness to meetings
  • Knowledge of / experience with Google suite of tools
  • Ability to work autonomously and know when to ask questions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
