Onward Search has an exciting opportunity for a UX/ UI Designer with a top nonprofit media company! You will report to the Creative Director and work alongside a Product Manager, UX Researcher and UX Designer.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Creating wireframes
  • Creative high fidelity mockups for responsive web designs
  • Participating in whiteboarding sessions

You must have 5+ years of UX/ UI experience with strong wireframe and responsive web design experience. Your portfolio must include wireframes and your design thought process.

This is an onsite contract role located in San Francisco that kicks off at the end of this month and is expected to be 2 months of work.

  • InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Must have expertise in wireframing software such as Omnigraffle or Sketch
  • Laptop provided
  • Flexibility to work remote one day a week
  • Passion for nonprofits is a plus!




  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
