Onward Search is working with a Consulting firm that has an immediate need for a Senior User Experience Architect. You will be working onsite with one of their clients in Dunwoody. Contract to hire.
The client is focused on financial analytics for the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for designing innovative phone, tablet, and desktop applications.
You will be responsible for leading design thinking workshops, and overall educating stakeholders at different levels of user-centered methodologies and best practices. You will be responsible for initial research through the prototype. You will be required to analyze the findings from the research, create documentation, and present to high-level stakeholders to get buy-in on an action plan. From there you will handle the hands-on creation of personas, wireframes, prototypes, scenarios, etc.
You must have a high-level understanding of design thinking methodology, and the ability to build a design thinking culture from the ground up. You must have experience with quantitative and qualitative research tools. This position requires a high level of collaboration, and then the ability to break off and work autonomously on deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
