Veeva Submission Specialist

A pharmaceutical organization is looking for a Veeva Submission Specialist to join their team for long-term (1+ year), remote, contract-role.

Veeva Submission Specialist Responsibilities:

• Following an annotated PDF provided by agency fact checker, links medical claims to published sources via the Veeva Vault PromoMats platform.
• Confirms that all reference links and associated references are correct
• Checks that all supporting references are available in Veeva; alerts team to expired references and sends new references to the Veeva librarian for upload into library
• Ensures submissions comply with company standards and guidelines for electronic job submissions
• Troubleshoots issues and questions that may arise during the submission process
• Collaborates with agency account managers, fact checkers, and writers to deliver accurate, compliant submissions
• May perform additional data entry functions as appropriate, including preparing Veeva loading sheets, functional review documents, and checking copyright clearance in RightSphere.

• 1+ years of applicable professional experience (Veeva, Data Entry, Data Verification, etc.).
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Exposure to medical/pharmaceutical industry a plus
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Deadline oriented and organized; able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed
• Ability to navigate through multiple technical systems to complete daily tasks
