Onward Search is on the hunt for a Video Editor to help the team of a beauty & lifestyle focused digital agency with a couple of projects.

Project #1: You will be given a pre-edit/rough cut and will work with an Art Director to complete the final edit of videos for one of their hair-care clients. The content of the videos will include instructional, how-to, short interviews, and social. There will be some graphics/animation such as text over live-action and product animation.

Project #2: You will be creating a four-episode series on two fashion stylists for a luxury online retail client, editing a total of 8 short videos that are 60-90 seconds each. Storyboards and raw footage will be provided, you will be editing the footage into a story of their professional journey that includes lifestyle moments and interviews. There will be simple text animation as well.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in video editing and simple graphic animation.
  • Proficient in Premiere and After Effects.
  • Must have a simple/clean style and the ability to create a compelling story.
  • Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle is preferred.
