Onward Search is looking for a Video Producer, Editor, and Videographer to join our prominent corporate client in Charlotte! This is a long-term W2 contract role that is expected to convert to a permanent position after 6-12 months. 40 hours/week of onsite work is expected, and benefits are available throughout the life of the engagement.


  • We are looking for a video producer, editor, and videographer with animation, motion, and post-production skills.
  • You will work closely with the internal creative services team editing content for B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.
  • You MUST have an engaging personality and be comfortable working with many different departments and personality types. The skills are certainly necessary, but the personality is even more important.


  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a video studio, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects as well as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Prior experience animating logos and similar design elements.
  • Experience creating 3D and 2D graphics, creating visual effects, editing, video clipping, animating logos, compositing, and frame removal.
  • Ability to do post-production work, editing, and voiceover work.
  • You must have a dynamic, engaging personality and be able to successfully and effectively interface with cross-functional teams, clients, and all levels of leadership. This is probably the most important qualification.
  • A reel of sample work is REQUIRED and should be submitted at the time of application.
