Our client, a dynamic agency in southern Wisconsin, is seeking a Video Script Writer to help out on some projects. The role is a bit creative director, and you will need to write it while also envisioning it working with action on screen. You’ll also work closely with other members of creative, marketing, sales, product development and operations as well as external vendors.


  • Exceptional writing, editing and research skills
  • Ability to create clear, concise and compelling content
  • An understanding of marketing strategy
  • Ability to work with many different teams, take feedback from these teams and turn it into compelling content


  • 2 years of experience as a writer
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in marketing or English)
  • Up-to-date resume and portfolio (including samples of successful infomercials for a variety of products)


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
