We are hiring a Visual Designer for our eCommerce websites, emails, and paid media campaigns. Our ideal candidate will capture and communicate the essence and story of our many brands across concepting, designing, and producing high-quality and impactful content through multiple digital and print mediums to ultimately drive higher engagement and sales. In addition, the designer must thrive in a highly creative, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment.


  • Create concepts for and design consumer-facing emails and assets for paid media
  • Collaborate with team to create emails, Facebook/Instagram posts, display banners, and in-package inserts (providing creative concepts, layout, treatments, etc.)
  • Work with developers to build as necessary
  • Look at results to help define future strategy
  • Design content for eCommerce websites
  • Create branded environments for site content, call to actions, hero images, etc.
  • Collaborate with technology and copy team to ensure consistency and production
  • Test designs to understand effectiveness
  • Look at results to help define future strategy

Collaborate with teams and project management, which includes:

  • Initiate and attend team meetings, project kick offs, approval meetings, status meetings, and track project 
  • Previous graphic digital design experience is required. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to code is strongly preferred but not required
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office is necessary
  • The candidate must also possess strong verbal and interpersonal skills and be able to work productively on a cross-functional team
