Onward Search is partnering with a leading extended warranty service provider in San Francisco to identify a Visual Designer to join their marketing team!


  • Concepting fresh ideas and turning them into brilliant designs
  • Designing across multiple media including retail, social, web, print, email, etc.
  • Participating in creative brainstorming sessions
  • Multitasking effortlessly, juggling several projects at a time
  • Thinking of new and innovative ways to engage customers utilizing design


  • You must have 3-5 years of design experience with strong visual/marketing/brand design samples in your portfolio. Your portfolio but also demonstrate a keen eye for typography, layout and color.
  • Portfolio should reflect various types of marketing design: visual design, illustration, iconography, print, landing pages, email design, (campaign work a plus)
  • Clean, modern aesthetic
  • Comfortable with projects that aren't completely defined, scrappy start-up environment
  • Ready to be a team player, rather than a "lead" designer
  • Can work under very tight timelines (on occasion, same-day or next-day turnaround)
