Visual Merchandising Manage

Onward Search is in needs of a full-time, direct hire Visual Merchandising Manager for a unique French beauty and cosmetic brand.

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with Team Members on design and development of in- store visual needs, design and production of sales meeting materials, merchandising guidelines, planograms, as well as global design and production of pop-ups and out of home opportunities.
• Collaborate with Photography and Digital Team on all visual asset needs for launches, re-promote products, events, and out of home creative.
• Source materials and props as needed and manage the development and production of installations.
• Create and maintain the light box database.
• Prepare files for final print of in-store visual displays.
• Partner with project manager to manage shipment, delivery, and distribution of Merchandising Materials globally.

• Prior experience in Luxury Beauty is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate hands-on skills in 2D, 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, proficient in Sketch Up Pro.
• 5+ years in a Visual Merchandising Manager/Design role plus experience in conception, design, and production of counter units, in-store displays, events and pop ups.
• Skills: Technical drawings, project management, strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Strong design sense and ability with color, typography, composition, and image manipulation. Understanding of beauty and luxury brand code/color/materials and how they come to life in a retail environment.
