Visual UX Designer

The UX Designer will work on engaging interactive projects across web and mobile. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for developing and/or refining interactive solutions that optimize the user experience. You’ll be creating wireframes, user flows & comps, designing interfaces, and collaborating with stake holders. This is an opportunity to join a great team where your work will have a major impact.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in User Experience Processes and User Interface Design
  • A portfolio of related work
  • Fluent in UI Design patterns and trends across (web and mobile) platforms
  • Understanding the value of solutions that balance ease of use, elegant design, user behavior and emotional engagement
  • Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap and CSS- you don’t need any coding.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Axure a plus)
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to think creatively and comfortable communicating your design choices
  • Experience with strategic brainstorming and creative execution
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be able to manage project(s) from inception to delivery
  • Strong team player, excellent people engagement and listening skills.
