You will be part of the Global Monetization Product Marketing team and will be expected to collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Research on program execution. Work closely with other teams to help inform strategy and ultimately drive growth of the advertising suite.
Aid in creating and managing customer feedback program as well as figuring out issues related to advertising clients.
Manage advertiser community and support costumer advisory board.
Give support with building and managing a process that collects and synthesizes customer feedback.
Execute, maintain, and manage customer intelligence and report to multiple levels of management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to better comprehend adoption of current product suite and develop opportunities to gain additional customer intelligence.
Be the voice of the customer to other teams additionally providing advice on customer intelligence, positioning, roadmap, helping to influence strategy etc.
BA/BS degree or equivalent (Master’s degree is a major plus).
At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising and/or product marketing.
Experience in VOC program, digital advertising or audio, music, or podcast industry is highly preferred.
Proven experience working cross-functionally across Research, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem.
An SME on how advertisers and agencies evaluate and buy effectiveness across advertising products.
Intrigued about the potentials of demonstrating the value of using ad formats and data to reach the streaming generation.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Must be eager to lay down the groundwork for VOC initiatives as well as directly owning the day-to-day management.
