Our client, a online marketing and sales ecomm company, is looking for a VP of Digital Marketing to join their team! In this role you will completely own all marketing initiatives, including brand development and strategy, building and organizing a small team, setting long-term plans, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has deep experience with digital marketing and is capable of strategically applying that knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Own positioning, messaging, branding, segmentation and marketing strategy.
  • Manage, coach, and continue to build a high-performing marketing team.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design and expand our social-media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Lead product marketing efforts: product, pricing, positioning, packaging, promotion.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evolve our digital properties and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Provide customer insights based on data and research.
  • Translate strategic marketing plan into actionable quarterly targets and initiatives.
  • Build scalable marketing programs that automate and streamline growth.

Requirements:

  • 5 - 8+ years of marketing experience with recent and experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience working with and expanding a multi-million dollar consumer brand.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebMaster).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • **Must be able to travel between Miami and Latin America.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Desirable: fluent Spanish.
