Our client, an industry leading Financial Technology company, is seeks a Web Analyst to join their team for a 6 month+ onsite contract role in OC!

You will report to the VP of Marketing and be responsible for the following:

  • Analyze corporate web analytics and compile raw data; use results to formulate actionable recommendations to drive business performance
  • Provide performance reporting for various business units
  • Assist with defining and recommendation of measurements, strategies, and reporting to drive business decisions
  • Define, implement and maintain companies global standards for web analytics reporting
  • Partner with SEO, Web Ops, and Engineering teams to establish, implement and enforce global tagging standards
  • Perform QA and testing of new tracking implementations
  • Provide analytics insight to a multitude of corporate channels (mobile, search (paid/organic), display, email and social
  • Generate and present several monthly marketing performance reports for several business units.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards as business demands
  • Act as the administrator for Adobe Analytics; train new users on Adobe Analytics

We are seeking Web Analysts who meet the following requirements:

  • Expert in Adobe Analytics (Omniture, Site Catalyst), 3+ years of recent experience as web analyst on the platform
  • Proven analytical skills, ability to interpret data and results
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Charts, V-lookups)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to simplify data
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills
  • Campaign tracking experience; specifically for paid search, email campaigns and display
  • Web content development/publishing experience, using a CMS
  • Bachelor's degree in related field


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
