National healthcare client is seeking a Web Content Manager with 5+ years experience managing the development of copy for all online activity. This role oversees legal regulations, healthcare nuanced language as well as company guidelines. Must be able to work with a variety of teams including IT, Marketing, Sales and more. The perfect candidate will have experience managing copy for websites and emails, track images, develop decks and acquire necessary approvals from several teams and regions. This is for a year and could extend!

Skills:

  • Project Management experience/skills including excellent communication, ability to collaborate with others, be proactive, problem solve and more.
  • Drive/traffic projects, issues and action items.
  • Plan and chair kickoff meetings, define scope, facilitate technical and operational requirements.
  • Able to develop detailed project plans.
  • Experience overseeing legal and regulatory processes for review and keep track of changes.
  • Responsible for recording and tracking all changes.
  • Experience with Adobe Content Management preferred.
  • Microsoft Project, Excel and Powerpoint a must.

Requirements:

  • 5-15 yrs experience in similar role.
  • Adobe Content Management preferred.
  • Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint a must.
  • Familiarity with healthcare/regulatory processes.
