Our client, a luxury hotel and resort chain, is seeking a freelance Web Content Publisher to join their team part-time. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competencies to fill the role. 

You will report to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for supporting all hotel properties.


  • Working in Sitecore reviewing all web content requests made by the local hotel to review, approve and publish live promptly.
  • Support local hotels in an account management capacity in regards to their website.
  • Hosting weekly training sessions once a week with local hotels being on-boarded.
  • Being available to local markets to answer questions and publish changes.


  • 2-5 years in web content management and/or CMS publishing.
  • Experience with luxury hotels, wellness, cosmetics, travel, and CPG brands is ideal.
  • Familiar with working on CMS platforms, Sitecore 8.2 experience is a plus.
  • Able to work independently with support from the team when needed.
  • Seeking a candidate who is reliability with strong organizational, professional and customer service skills.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
