A company in Metro West is looking to hire a Web Content Specialist within their product team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting and updating content for online programs for Marketing, Product Merchandising teams
  • Partner with various teams to gain product knowledge and improve site content
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert in your category for content
  • Extract data in Excel and deliver periodic and ad hoc reports for your category
  • Identify opportunities to improve site usability
  • Act as a point person for other teams regarding content issues, customer specific questions, and ad hoc reporting needs

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of Experience with web content and or data entry
  • Must have Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with HTML
