Day to Day Overview:


In this role, you will work with marketing intent owners on the Partnerships team to groom and prioritize campaigns for an internal platform that generates personalized digital experiences for our customers. You will also build, test and deploy campaign content. To succeed in this role you will need the technical skills required to build and manage web content, and the process management skills required to shepherd intent with a group of marketing managers who have different priorities. We are currently seeking this individual for a 12-month contract role working out of Richmond, VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Provide business process or systems support duties including root cause analysis, mapping of current processes or systems, iterative problem definition, and hypothesized improvement opportunities
  • Manage the process by which campaign content is groomed and prioritized with internal teams
  • Work within Epiphany framework, building using AWS services like S3, EC2, EMR and RDS
  • Manage content for various campaigns in Chariot (CMS)
  • Work on Unix Shell scripting to process the segmentation data
  • Work on Java API using Postman for getting and POST requests for messaging application
  • Re-engineer existing processes
  • Facilitate organizational change and performance measures
  • Influence & negotiate with other functional areas
  • Provide clear concise communication with the project team and mid-level management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign performance, identify new opportunities and adjust marketing/testing strategies


QUALIFICATIONS:
 

  • 5+ years of content management system (CMS) experience
  • 5+ years of web campaign building and testing experience
  • Process-driven – ability to shepherd multiple stakeholders through an existing process, and to recommend/implement process improvements
  • Collaboration – ability to build relationships and partner effectively with team members, agencies and partners
  • Detail-oriented – provide the level of focus to ensure successful completion of a highly complex campaign with multiple variables and stakeholders
