Onward Search has a great opportunity with a big client in Richmond, VA. This opportunity is for a Content Specialist that can start immediately onsite.   • Provide business process or systems support (root cause analysis, mapping of current processes or systems, iterative problem definition, and hypothesized improvement opportunities etc.)
  • Work within messaging trigger and CMS framework to build customer-facing messages
  • Manage content for various campaigns in Chariot
  • Process the segmentation load jobs
  • Work on Unix Shell scripting to process the segmentation data
  • Work on Java API using Postman for GET and POST requests for messaging application
  • Work on Agile activities in scrum and Kanban
  • Re-engineer existing processes
  • Facilitate organizational change and performance measures
  • Influence and negotiate with other functional areas
  • Provide clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or army experience
  • Must have 4 to 7 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Java API, CMS, Chariot and other necessary programs
  • Ability to work collaborating as well as independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
