Web Content Specialist needed for an ongoing long term contract engagement with the potential to go perm.

  • Build and test customer-facing messages that are migrating to a new data source
  • Provide business process or systems support that may include duties, such as root cause analysis, mapping of current processes or systems, iterative problem definition, and hypothesized improvement opportunities
  • Work within messaging trigger & CMS framework to build customer-facing messages
  • Manage content for various campaigns in Chariot
  • Work on Java API using Postman for GET and POST requests for messaging application
  • Facilitate organizational change and performance measures
  • Influence & negotiate with other functional areas
  • Provide clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management
