Onward Search has an exciting opportunity for an up and coming Web Designer working with one of our top clients in Richmond, VA. Our client is focused on transforming our customer experience by transforming our call center associates’ experience. We collaborate with talented partners from product, tech, ops, and analytics and create elegant, simple products, features, and services that can make a positive impact on the lives of both our agents and current customers.   • Assist in solving for existing problems or explore and develop entirely new business opportunities for both our internal associates and customers.
  • You’ll develop in-market pilots to refine new products and assist in bringing them to existing or standalone company platforms – communicating findings to the broader organization along the way.
  • At least 2 years of experience with user interface (UI) design and user experience design (UX)
  • At least 1 years of experience designing digital products

Experience working with Agile and Lean product development teams



  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
