This individual will independently work on a variety of projects such as: Create email campaign concepts for a variety of Marcus products. Design acquisition marketing display ads from conceptualization through storyboard and html5-built animations. Rich media creative assets. Facebook and Instagram creative. Help maintain the integrity of the original server. Support the Art Director on more substantial, and oft-times confidential projects

Skills:

  • A clear understanding of design principles and application.
  • Brand building experience. Ability to keep consistent brand standards when using the style guide.
  • Ability to work independently to design creative concepts for DM, display banner ads, Facebook, video, and Instagram, based on the team’s direction.
  • Expert level designer abilities using the following designer tools:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
    • Sketch
    • InVision App (Plus)
    • Final cut Pro (Plus)
    • Camtasia (Plus)
  • Experience working on Agile environments
  • Expert level coding experience using the following languages:
    • HTML, HTML5
    • CSS2, CSS3, and CSS compiler extensions
    • Best practice for Inline CSS for email design development
    • JavaScript and popular JS libraries
    • Understanding of code repositories
    • ActionScript
    • jQuery
    • Understanding of responsive web and email design is a must
  • HTML 5 interactive Ad experience using DoubleClick ad tags that validate and are compliant with Google.
  • Google Web Designer experience for Rich Media Ads.
  • Experience in the financial/banking industry is a plus.
  • Ability to problem solve and proactively find solutions to current problems to get things done.
  • Creative thinker and multi-tasker by nature.
