We are seeking an Optimization and Personalization Specialist to join the Creative Marketing Optimization Analytics team. The Optimization and Personalization Specialist would help manage and oversee the end to end process (from intake to execution to analysis) to drive the company’s site optimization, engaging content experiences and increase conversion.

The work responsibilities of the Optimization and Personalization Specialist are the following:

  • Ensure all Adobe Target experiences are cataloged, prioritized and executed by the relevant resources in the most efficient way possible
  • Independently execute “self-serve” tests
  • Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations using the Adobe Marketing Cloud, heatmaps and other available tools
  • Collaborate with marketing (MP&E), external agencies and analytics team to test personalized experiences and deliver actionable results
  • Proactively provide vetting of experience briefs (audience sizing, feasibility, etc.)
  • Oversee testing/personalization calendar. Effectively coordinate experiences to avoid test collisions and merchandising conflicts
  • Foster cross-functional business alignment to facilitate testing project priorities (Using traffic estimates, score cards & meetings with stakeholders)

Required Skillset and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience with Adobe Target (or other comparable optimization tools: Optimizely, Monetate, Sitespect)
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with AB split testing or multivariate testing
  • Bachelor degree
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing role (online retail marketing, B2C experience)
  • Ability to quickly understand current capabilities and limitations of Adobe Target implementation

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS
  • Intermediate knowledge of other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools
  • Knowledge of Heatmap/replay tool (e.g. Clicktale)
