As a member of the Marketing Analytic Team, the Web Tagging and Tracking Analyst will help maximize sales and profitability of the digital group by leading strategic analyses and providing business intelligence to the Consumer Marketing and eCommerce teams. This position will maintain web tracking pixels and phone tracking to ensure the accurate collection of data. Ideal candidates are skilled in html and JavaScript to tag websites using Tealium.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop analyses and KPI's to evaluate key business issues and drivers, build business cases and frame recommendations and actionable insights
  • Implement and maintain web tagging on all web properties using Tealium Tag Management solution
  • Partner with telecom team to implement and maintain phone tracking for all marketing campaigns
  • Produce weekly and monthly analyses of site performance
  • Create ecommerce and consumer business unit-specific dashboards to drive business decisions based on KPI's
  • Monitors the performance of digital experiences and provides diagnostics when performance falls below expected levels
  • Use html and JavaScript to build and design a/b and multivariate tests using HiConversion
  • Collaborate on analyses and recommendations of various consumer strategic initiatives and projects
  • Analyze competitor and customer insight and trends to synthesize results into clear, actionable initiatives


  • Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science or related disciplines (MBA a plus)
  • At least 2 years of working experience in web analytics (Google Analytics experience preferred)
  • Extensive website analytics and testing structure/reporting experience a must
  • Deep Understanding of e-commerce and website behavior
  • Deep and demonstrated understanding of JavaScript & html
  • Understanding of mobile platforms and the proven ability to effectively integrate these platforms into a cohesive marketing and data strategy
  • Excellent project management skills to build and execute project plans with clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and ownerships. Provide prompt and timely update with progress, issues, and risk mitigations
  • Must meet company’s requirements for employment
  • No automotive experience required, consumer / retail / technology experience preferred

Must Haves:

  • At-least 2 years of JS and HTML hands-on experience
  • Tealium experience preferred
  • Experience using SQL to query large data tables preferred
  • Tableau/QlikView experience a plus
