Website Content Manager

Onward Search needs a Website Content Manager for an Insurance and Financial Services Company.

You’ll join the Financial Wellness team to manage, upload and customize the content on the financial wellness website ensuring a high-quality user experience.

This is a 6 month 40 hour a week contract opportunity with potential to convert that sits hybrid in NYC. 

As a Website Content Manager you’ll be:
-Managing upload and customization of content on the financial wellness website, ensuring a high-quality user experience
-Managing the inventory of all content hosted on the platform, via excel and the team shared drive
-Partnering with our internal compliance team to coordinate review and approval of content
-Helping with process documentation of content management system best practices and procedures
-Digital support for collaborative team environment and document tracking

Skills & Experience needed:
-2 plus years in a similar role in a corporate, agency, or marketing environment organizing a content library
-Skills in writing/proofreading or basic digital design are a plus
-Strong CMS tool knowledge such as Sanity
-Collaborative personality
-Proficiency in Excel
-Experience working with compliance teams is a nice to have
-Background in marketing is a nice to have
